Pan-Asian cuisine is now the darling of the culinary world. It stands reason that just as Pinot Noir languished in obscurity before the film Sideways gave it wildly new popularity, it will soon be Sake’s moment to shine. The sake-bars propagate in the metropolis nightlife and we are fixin’ to see why.
Which one? How are they different? When you take that first sip, what should we be looking for? Why does that chilled glass of sake taste so nice with that rich, lightly flecked piece of tuna?
We are getting to the bottom of this… soon. And we invite you to share in our findings. Don’t thank us. We are the only Pan-Asian influenced restaurant in the area believe it is our duty.
So break out your Kimono and dust off the Feng Shui rocks because we are headed to eating and drinking Nirvana!
